You Are Nature
We are all one. All beings on the Earth are connected. That’s probably why being in Nature instills a sense of belonging in us. Studies have show that exposure to green spaces can lower blood pressure and heart rate and reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. Additionally, exposure to Nature can improve cognitive function and increase creativity, making it an ideal environment for problem-solving and decision-making. Being in Nature, allows us to disconnect from technology and the fast-paced, demanding world we live in, offering a chance to simply be present in the moment.
