We are not separate from anything and we have everything, as Kim Forcina said so well in this meditation:
I am the sun. I am the soil. I am the rain. I am the seed. I am the root. I am the chute. I am the tree. I am the branches. I am the leaves. I am the bud. I am the flower. I am the great universe, great mother, great father. And all that is. Thank you for this abundant life. Help me continue to soften, receive the abundance that has been, that is here now, and is flowing from the future. Bless it.
