BAM! How to Reduce Your Anxiety

Are you looking to perform at your best at a moment’s notice? If so, I have some quick and effective hacks that you can use right away if you find yourself feeling anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted or confused about what to do next. In this blog, here’s one of my go-to tips specifically for tackling anxiety.

 

  1. Find a comfortable place and sit or lie down
  2. Keep your back straight
  3. Take four deep breaths
  4. Count to 4 as you inhale through your nose
  5. Count to 4 as you hold your breath
  6. Count to 4 as you exhale through your mouth

 

Do this as many times as it takes for you to feel better.
