Being intentional is a powerful way to cultivate a habit, as consciously directing our thoughts, actions, and choices towards a specific behavior increases the likelihood of repeating it consistently overtime.

 #How do you want to spend your time? It's remarkable how differently we all live our lives despite having the same amount of time each day. What we choose to do with that time is what shapes our individual experiences. Whether it's consuming news, spending time with people or animals, scrolling through social media, reading books, or engaging in other activities, everything we let into our lives affects us in one way or another. It's important to reflect on whether these things are truly benefiting us or contributing to our feelings of dissatisfaction. Are they bringing us happiness? Being intentional about how we spend our time is crucial to creating the life we desire.
