Do you want to change the way you show up in the world? It's all about the energy you give out and receive. As the saying goes, “Wherever you go, there you are.” As I’ve stated before, everything is energy. The Universe responds to the energy frequency you emit, without judgement. High energy particles attract high energy particles and low attract low. People can sense your emotional energy level and will respond to you based upon what level you are emitting. If you find yourself sad, in fear or on some other low energy frequency, one way to change it is by surrounding yourself with people who are happy, joyous or operating at other high energy levels. Avoid people or media that bring you down. You can also change it by simply changing your perceptions. The personal development expert and prolific author, Wayne Dyer, said, “Change the way you look at things…and the things you look at, change.” The power is in your hands.
