How Can We Center Ourselves at Work?

What if…every employee responded to their anxieties, feelings of overwhelm or even anger at work by taking responsibility for their feelings by using some key techniques? By grounding or centering ourselves, we anchor our awareness to the present moment, reducing the tendency to getting carried away by negative emotions. By employing various relaxation techniques such as meditation, breathing exercises and visualization, we can restore emotional balance and clarity of mind.  By taking a few moments to center the mind and body, we can regain clarity, reduce stress, and gain better control over our emotions. What if every workplace had a quiet grounding room for employees to go to, no questions asked?
